I’m sharing gentle Reiki practices I use alongside coaching to help survivors feel safer in their bodies. These are simple, safe, and easy to try at home. 🌿

Grounding scan — Slowly check in from feet to head, noticing tension and letting it soften. Outcome: reduced somatic tension and more body awareness.

Breath-coupled energy balancing — Breathe in for four, out for six while imagining warm, calming energy moving through your chest. Outcome: lower anxiety and steadier nerves.

Short self‑Reiki routine — Place hands over the belly, heart, and shoulders for 1–2 minutes each; tune into what feels soothing. Outcome: calmer sleep and gentler nights.

I combine coaching with Reiki to support your safety, boundaries, and emotional processing—practical tools, not magic fixes. Want a guided version you can follow at home? Visit https://wix.to/jl16I4e and book a confidential consult.

Some survivors ask:

“Why do the same painful patterns keep repeating in my life?”

Inside TAP™, we explore the concept of soul contracts—not to justify trauma (not spiritual bypass), but to help survivors move from shame into awareness.

Because when you begin understanding the lessons, patterns, and survival responses connected to your experiences, you stop seeing yourself as broken and start seeing yourself as capable of healing and transformation.

✨ 5 Common Soul Contracts:
• Parental → identity & boundaries
• Romantic → self-worth & emotional growth
• Pain/Trauma → awareness & transformation
• Wealth → stewardship & discipline
• Spiritual Awakening → alignment & purpose

✨ Remember my friend. You are still whole!

✨ Ready to discover the soul contract you may currently be experiencing and what lesson your life may be trying to teach you?

Book your FREE TAP™ consultation session today and begin exploring the patterns, wounds, and growth opportunities shaping your healing journey.

🌿 Your awareness could change everything.

One of the hardest parts of healing after sexual trauma is realizing how much of your identity became attached to survival.

So many survivors stop identifying themselves by who they are…
and start identifying themselves by what they do for everyone else.

✨ The strong one
✨ The caretaker
✨ The achiever
✨ The peacemaker
✨ The one who never falls apart

But healing asks a deeper question:

Who are you when you are no longer surviving?

That question can feel uncomfortable because many of us were taught to find value in our roles, titles, and functions instead of our actual identity.

This is why self-awareness matters.

Because you cannot build an aligned life while disconnected from yourself.

So today, take a moment and ask yourself:

Who am I outside of what I do for others?

Drop ONE word in the comments that describes who you are at your core. ⬇️

1. You confuse inconsistency with passion
2. You ignore red flags to avoid abandonment
3. You over-explain your boundaries instead of enforcing them
4. You feel responsible for other people’s emotions
5. You stay because “they’re not as bad” as past experiences
6. You struggle to trust healthy love because chaos feels familiar
7. You minimize your own needs to keep the peace
8. You mistake hyper-independence for healing
9. You accept emotional unavailability because vulnerability feels unsafe
10. You keep trying to “earn” the love you already deserve

Sexual trauma doesn’t just impact the past.
It can shape what feels safe, familiar, and acceptable in relationships until healing becomes intentional.

You can look successful on the outside and still feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, anxious, hyper-independent, or stuck in survival mode on the inside.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and too many people are silently carrying trauma while pretending they’re “fine.” Healing is not just about talking about what happened to you. It’s about learning how to regulate your nervous system, rebuild trust with yourself, shift subconscious patterns, and reconnect with the version of you that still deserves peace.

This month, through TAP (The Alchemist Program), I am offering 1 FREE 45-minute coaching session for individuals ready to begin their healing journey.

If you’re ready to stop surviving and start transforming, book your session here:

You don’t have an energy problem…
You have a regulation problem across your pillars.

Here are 3 ways to rebalance your energy using the TAP Method:

1. MUSIC → (MIND + SPIRIT)

You don’t think your way into alignment—you tune into it.

Sound shifts brainwaves and emotional state faster than logic.
Choose music that matches the version of you you’re becoming.

Micro-Activation:
Create a “Power Playlist” for:
• Grounding
• Confidence
• Healing

2. COMEDY → (BODY + RELATIONSHIPS)

Healing without joy keeps you stuck in survival mode.

Laughter releases stored tension and signals safety to your nervous system.
It reconnects you to lightness—which trauma often suppresses.

Micro-Activation:
Give yourself permission to feel good without earning it first.

3. WATER → (BODY + WEALTH)

Your environment programs your biology.

Water carries intention. What you consume becomes cellular instruction.
You’re not just hydrating—you’re recalibrating.

Micro-Activation:
Pause before drinking. Breathe. Set intention.

BONUS: SPEAK OVER YOUR WATER (SPIRIT + WEALTH)

Your words are instructions, not decorations.

Before you drink:
“I trust myself.”
“I am safe in my body.”
“I am aligned with overflow and opportunity.”

Now you’re not just drinking water…
You’re programming your internal environment.

Which pillar do you need to rebalance first—Mind, Body, Spirit, Wealth, or Relationships?

Follow for frameworks that don’t just inspire you… they transform how you operate.
Like + Share this with someone ready to regulate, not just cope.

As a survivor, trauma can sometimes cause us to project past pain onto present situations — or absorb other people’s projections until we begin doubting ourselves.

What once protected you can eventually start controlling your reactions, relationships, and self-worth.

Inside TAP™, I teach the KEEP™ Framework to help survivors recognize emotional patterns, release stored stress in healthy ways, and stop responding from survival mode.

✨ K — Know the pattern
✨ E — Express the emotion safely
✨ E — Eliminate the false meaning

The “P” is where transformation happens… but you’ll have to book a FREE consultation to learn that part. 👀

You are not broken. You are patterned. And patterns can be restructured.

✨ You are still whole.

You say you want a healthy relationship…

But when it’s time to trust—you hesitate.
When it’s time to communicate—you shut down.
When someone shows up for you—you question it.

That’s not a lack of desire…
That’s a pattern your body learned to survive.

Sexual trauma doesn’t just live in the past—
it shows up in how you connect, how you communicate, and how safe love feels.

So what you want…
and how you show up…
aren’t aligned yet.

Awareness helps you see it.
But integration is what actually changes it.

That’s the work we do inside TAP.

If you’re ready to stop repeating patterns you already understand
and start becoming the version of you that can receive the love you desire…

Comment “TAP” or send me a message.

Healing doesn’t always start with talking.

Sometimes… it starts with stillness.
With intention.
With creating a moment where your body feels safe enough to release what it’s been holding.

This spiritual bath is more than water.

🌿 The water + Epsom salt grounds you (earth)
🔥 The fire represents spirit and transformation
💫 Your breath reconnects you to your body

As you place your hand over your sacral chakra, you’re not just repeating affirmations…

You’re giving your body permission
to release the guilt…
the shame…
and the energy that was never yours to carry.

But let’s be clear…

A moment like this can open the door
✨ It can create awareness
✨ It can initiate release

But real healing happens when what you release…
is supported, processed, and integrated into how you live.

That’s the part most people try to do alone.

And that’s where they stay stuck.

If you’re ready to go deeper than the moment…
and actually create change in your life…

I invite you to schedule a free consultation.

Let’s talk about what your healing could look like with structure, support, and intention.
