Deb’s Sunday Blog (1-11-26)
Greetings from YFL!!! It is ‘Triple R Week’!!! It is time to restore, renew, and relax via a restorative practice. We will use props to hold the poses for longer periods in a safe, supportive way. This week’s Sanskrit focus is ‘Sat Nam’, or I am. I am Truth, Authenticity, Spirit. Our mudra (hand position) is ‘Taatva’, for deep connection to Divine Essence, True Self, Authentic Self.
This week’s Yin practice is ‘Happy Hips’!!! The practice sequence will serve to open, and release the hips. It will provide a letting go of tension, and stress in this major joint.
* 1/12-Mindfulness Monday w/Deb from 9:15-9:30 a.m. Our meditation focus is ‘Simply the Breath’.
* 1/17-YFL Half-Day Retreat w/ Deb & Wendy, 9 a.m.-Noon. Yin-Yoga Nidra-Meditation-Sound Bathing-Charcuterie!!! Just two spots left @ $45!!!
