Sarah is a mental health therapist who offers EMDR, spiritual-based therapy, reiki, trauma-informed yoga, and life coaching to support deep transformation.

It was an honor to help clear and elevate the energy of her new business space. Space clearing is a process of releasing stagnant energy to invite clarity, alignment and flow. Whether it's a home or office, clearing the energy can create a profound shift in how the space feels and functions.
