On Sat 4/11 Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers and Chemo Companions have partnered to host a free event for the cancer community. A mixture of talks and mindfulness experiences. A great opportunity to learn, to connect your yourself and others!

I'll be here guiding a mini version of my Time to Thrive Sound Healing class from 11-1130. I usually offer this class on 1st Wednesdays of each month from 2p-330p at Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers - 8880 E Desert Cove in Scottsdale.

I'm still riding the wave of gratitude after facilitating Peace of Mind: A Mindfulness Experience at SoHo63 this past Friday. What an exhilarating and deeply meaningful day!

Thank you to the City Government of Chandler, Arizona for trusting me to guide this journey. I truly enjoyed our collaboration 💗 it came together in such a powerful way.

And thank you to all the incredible women who attended. It was wonderful to meet you all!
