TRANSFORMATION….part 3 continued, the chrysalis, “transformation”….Authentic transformation happens in its own divine timing. It can’t be rushed or forced. Nature teaches us that evolution is a process in perfection. In the beginning, the chrysalis is perfectly formed with brilliancy, but right before the “emergence” phase, the chrysalis turns dark. Our personal transformations are no different. Unlike transitions, transformation represents there’s “no going back”. When we experience authentic transformation, it can turn dark, before we see the light. This experience can be different for each of us. Experiences can vary from intense emotions, grief, fear, struggle, or loss of hope….Some people call this the “dark night of the soul”. I prefer, “the dark night (and day!) of the ego”. The ego, or “identities”, are what keeps us attached to people, jobs, roles, self-worth, etc. True transformation requires us to completely let go and change. What do you need to let go of that no longer serves your highest good? What do you need to release that is holding you back from moving forward? What do you need to do to free yourself? As hard as this is, the outcome can be profound! By releasing the limited-self, we become the unlimited-self….free and unbounded! The final phase of transformation allows us to love and accept the past, while moving us forward into our own authentic light. Follow along to part 4, the “emergence” of the butterfly and what this means for you♥️….
