If you have sciatica, there’s a good chance you’ve been doing exactly what everyone tells you to do

Sitting it out. Stretching the tightness away. Foam rolling until it feels better

And it keeps coming back

Here’s the truth — that sciatic nerve is already irritated and compressed. Every time you stretch it, pull on it, or stay off your feet waiting for it to calm down, you’re either aggravating it further or giving it no reason to heal
