Mirabella at Arizona State University offers a new retirement lifestyle on the campus of the most innovative national university in the country. Located on ASU’s Tempe campus, this brand-new Life Plan Community is being co-developed by the Arizona State University, the ASU Foundation, and senior-living industry leader Pacific Retirement Services. Designed for older alumni, retired faculty, staff, friends, and others who seek a robust retirement experience, Mirabella provides lifelong learning opportunities, regular interaction with all age groups, gorgeous apartment homes and common areas, a full continuum of healthcare services, and a walkable downtown environment rich in performing arts, social, athletic, and research activities. Mirabella at ASU is a nonprofit Life Plan Community, a subset of retirement communities that offer a full continuum of care on-site in addition to an active, independent lifestyle and high-end services and amenities. Inspired by Pacific Retirement Services’ Mirabella brand of senior living, which includes Mirabella Portland and Mirabella Seattle, Mirabella at ASU offers independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. With a total of 621,000 square feet in a 20-floor building, Mirabella at ASU will have ample space for stunning outdoor gardens, vibrant community spaces, three unique restaurants, and more than 250 of the largest, beautifully appointed view residences in the valley. Groundbreaking for Mirabella at ASU is slated for early 2018; move-ins are expected to begin 2020.
