Foot Yoga – Preserving the Foundation with Karen
Wellness begins where you meet the earth. This is a gentle, strengthening practice designed to improve the mobility, stability, and function of your feet. Karen will guide you through simple, and fun exercises that focus on toe control, arch activation, balance, and fascia release. Restore natural foot mechanics that can be weakened by modern footwear and prolonged sitting. The result is stronger arches, better balance, improved posture, and often reduced foot, knee, and hip discomfort.
