Went to .bite.official with I am still full and happy hours later.
This place is on the corner of McDowell and 1st Street in Phoenix.....GO and make sure to have the Turkish coffee and Hummus (best ive had in Arizona outside of homemade)

This morning got heavy.

Luke Kayyem came on Holmberg's Morning Sickness on 98 KUPD to talk about men's mental health. And John opened up about something he'd been sitting with for a year. A separation nobody knew about. He came in every day, did the show, laughed at the fart jokes, and didn't say a word.

Because that's the move, right? You go home. You close the door. You don't answer the phone. You tell yourself you're fine and you just kind of... disappear into it.

The emails started coming in before they were even off the air. Guys saying this is me.
Luke said something simple that stuck: freedom is on the other side of sharing.

So if you're sitting in that right now, just try one thing. Don't ask the people around you how they're doing. Ask how they're feeling. It's a small shift. It isn't small at all.
And if it's gotten darker than that, call or text 988. Someone picks up.

Walk and Talk is May 3rd, Sunday morning, 8am in Scottsdale. Ten miles, free, no pressure. Just guys showing up.
