My word for 2024 is DEVOTION.

This came to me in meditation, and it fits so divinely with how I want to show up this year. To me, being devoted to something is more than just showing up. It is the preparation before facilitating, being fully present while facilitating and reflecting with love and accountability post facilitation. 2023 gave me an abundance of opportunities to put myself in spaces I had never been before, and I welcomed them with open arms making sure to observe my presence and potency in each space and always aiming to be at my best.

Almost a full month into 2024 and the word devotion drops into my crown, as it always was as it always will be. I remain so deeply devoted to this work and to you, now more than ever. I am so excited to share with you all what I have been brewing and collaborating on with some incredible souls. am writing this very vulnerable post with a deep sense of appreciation for anyone who takes the time to read it, thank you. This is about my brother Armando or as some of you know as “Q”. My brother is one of the most incredible humans I have ever known, he continues to amaze me with his willingness to continue to show up despite the medical roller coaster he has been on for years. Most of you are not aware of how much pain my brother is in daily, and how even through the pain he still manages to be the best Husband, Father, Son, Brother and leader in the community. He has dedicated his life’s work to helping fellow veterans who have traumatic brain injuries like the one he has. My brother served 2 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and has been exposed to deadly toxins and was in multiple I.E.D blast exposures. To this day he is in constant pain and suffers seizures, he still shows up for everyone. Our family was told by the VA that he has been diagnosed with “Gulf War Syndrome ‘’ which there are currently no treatments for this in the U.S. we have been informed that there was nothing more they can do. Many of my brother’s friends who he has deployed with are experiencing the same symptoms and some unfortunately have passed. My sister in law has been doing everything she can to advocate for him, she was made aware of an alternative stem cell treatment in Mexico that is not available in the U.S. and this procedure has seen amazing results. It is currently the only treatment for Gulf War Syndrome. My brother is a very private person, and has gone many years attempting to deal with this on his own. He has tried everything and I do energy work on him every single time I see him and will continue to do so. My family and I are worried of what will happen if he does not receive this treatment. I started a go fund me to help cover the cost of this treatment, and we are taking every other opportunity to raise the funds for this. I will be hosting ceremonies and donating 100% of the proceeds to this, please be on the lookout for those if you feel called. Any donations, shares, or prayers are deeply appreciated. When I quit my corporate job back in March to pursue this vision of Hyppie House full time, I remember laying on the floor of my bedroom thinking 2 things at the same time

1. "What did I just do???"
2. "I have never felt more aligned."

I am learning that both of these thoughts can exist so long as I do not attach myself to them and stay in constant observation. Leaving the corporate world was one of the biggest and best decisions I could have made, because you know what it gave me??

SO MUCH SPACE!

Space for myself, space for others, space to breathe, space to create and space to receive fully from Spirit. Everything I do, everything I post, every event I facilitate or co facilitate is crafted and weaved by the hands of the divine, and my trust runs so deep.

You are seeing me post more, and you are seeing me in the community more. I am able to hold space at larger capacity and in a way that is more potent than anything I could have imagined. As we get ready to enter one of my favorite astrological seasons of all time (I was raised by a Leo, of course) I am showing up present, focused and so deeply honored to be a part of this human experience with you all. August is PACKED with energy, there is a lot available to you from different healers and practitioners in the community, rest assured we have been prepping for this.

It’s no secret that astrology is one of my loves, I have spent my life reading about it and into it. I am so fascinated by the ins + outs of it and how you can actually use your chart to not only heal, but to grow, manifest + find your path in life! My clients know that part of their intake with me is reviewing your birth chart, which in turn helps me help you reach your goals. Astrology has been such a beautiful bridge in this work!⁣
