My client Jeff is an avid hiker. Recently working on him I noticed the twisting and tightness around his rib cage, I asked if he had some difficulty taking a full breath and he stated that he had. He went hiking the day before and said he just couldn't quite get full breaths of air and it took him longer to do his hike. I asked him to let me know how he does the next day after our session and this is what he said..

Price Increase Announcement and Office Availability Changes

Dear Customer,

After being in business for 8 years and with deep consideration I have come to the decision to increase my prices effective January 1st, 2023. The increase is $10 on all services.

With this increase helps me keep providing massage care to all current and future clients. It also helps me to continue learning new and more effective modalities that help you in your health journey.

The second change coming in January is office hours availability. My office availability starting then will be:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday 9am-6pm
Friday 2pm-6pm
