The Centers for Habilitation has been empowering people with disabilities since 1967.

We provide a variety of care options for people with disabilities from habilitation, respite, group homes and day programs to work shop environments and employment opportunities in the community.

This morning, a few wonderful members from the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Phoenix joined us for a fun-filled time of painting, crafting bird feeders, and singing our hearts out during music therapy with Higher Octave Healing-ORG. TCH provides services that support, care for and empower adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Services improve the quality of life, alleviate barriers to independence, and help Arizonans of all ages reach their full potential.

We take pride in finding new and relevant ways to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities while promoting their independence and self-determination. Our dedicated and caring staff members work to encourage clients to make their own choices, gain confidence and control over their own lives, improve their abilities, and overcome barriers to quality living.
