Join us for Prenatal Movement on January 13th at 9:45am at Tempe Birth Center !

Come to move, connect, and learn more about your pelvic floor with our special guest Dr. Lindsay Saldana !

This is a free event for TBC clients and a “pay what you can” for the public. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

Mats and blankets will be provided however if you have a favorite set-up, bring it! Wear something comfortable, and bring your questions too 🙌

Join us for our next Community Event on MLK DAY, January 19 at 2:30! The class lasts about 45 minutes with time after to mingle, talk, and connect.

This is a FREE event taught by one of our very own TBC moms, Dasheema ♥️ Recommended for babies from 3 months to 2ish years.

Sometimes at the Birth Center it’s “not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse!” Other times it’s like a herd of elephants; especially when all our children are on winter break! To our patients today, thank you for your grace! We had so much fun sharing our world with our children 💗
