THIS WEEK - THE LINE-UP IS LEGIT!
All are welcome to join our amazing group.
Big training week for many of the IMCA & IMAZ crew and those preparing for the big marathons over the next few months.
From our normal weekly workouts to the Excel Ironman Support Ride and the challenging Mile Repeats workout at race goal pace. You choose the number of repeats you want to run. 1 minute rest then go again. My favorite!

NEW RECORD! 78! LETS GO!
Huge shoutout to everyone who made it out this morning for our speed workout. We did 3 rounds of bleachers, 2 min on (faster than 5k), 2 min off x 5. Then repeat!
Love all the moms and dads who are bringing the kiddos. So awesome! Great work everyone. Can’t wait to see you next week. Yes, this is a free community workout. Come join us.

AMAZING RUNNERS!
Wednesdays Track Posse didn’t disappoint again this morning. We did the 3 Rounds workout. Incredible turnout once again with 3 new runners added to the posse. We celebrated the ultra runners who finished the Mogollon Monster (MM) Hilary van der Stroom 100 miler back for revenge and served it a 100 mile dose, Lisa Buzzeo taking top 3 in the 42k race while racing on a painful ankle and the one & only insane Matthew Olschner with his finish at UTMB 109 miler with 36,000 feet of vertical! Incredible! So sorry I forgot the other name who finished the 100 miler at MM. Love this group.
