Our format:
1) Sharing Presence for Colleagues - getting current with recent feelings and stressors
2) Developing our emotional theme
3) Co-creating rest and meditation*

* Our facilitator Adam Petty - LPC, will ask 3-4 simple questions to develop the sound and music catered for you. After 10ish minutes of meditating to the sound and music exploration, we share the dream-like state the music brings us to. Whatever images and scenes come up, they always have meaning, and bring insight. We share in 2-3 meditations, with sharing and community between them. By the end, we feel more connected, more unified, and more empowered to meet our situations and realities - we are better together!
