Hi, Facebook friends! It's been a long time since we've been in touch. So, for those of you who don't know, FacilityPro does cleaning and landscape maintenance service. And this is most of the letter being sent out today regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus Outbreak. There are parts that are customer-specific. Stay safe out there, everyone.
COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS NOTICE #8,237 THAT YOU WILL HAVE RECEIVED AT THIS POINT:
Dear FacilityPro Community,
Despite the light tone of the headline, I am taking this issue very seriously. As the first, last, and only line of defense at FacilityPro right now, it is my duty to inform you of what will be happening due to recent events relating to the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak. Since vegetation continues to grow, and dust continues to accumulate, I will not be suspending any services unless I or a 1st-degree relation to me falls ill, or unless you decide to have your services suspended. I will do my best to keep your property or properties looking and functioning at their best for as long as possible.
I have implemented new procedures relating to the equipment, especially for you cleaning service customers, but also for you landscape maintenance customers. All equipment will be sanitized between customers’ properties. It will come to your property clean and ready to go, and will be cleaned again before it leaves.This is to minimize the chance of contamination from one site to another.
I am looking to practice as much social distancing as possible while still serving you, in order to keep us all safe. So if you’d still like to talk with me, as some of you like to do while I’m at your site, you can call me any time between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST (whether I’m at your site or not) and we can chat if I’m available for it. I’d really love to hear from you, as more and more people are cutting each other off from personal interaction for the next few weeks.
If you pay for your services using cash or a check, I will arrange a way with you on an individual basis that works best in order to minimize interpersonal contact to make the transaction take place as smoothly as possible for both of us. Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to continuing to serve you through this time of uncertainty.
