Take a deep breath, put your hand on your heart, and 🫶 You are rewiring your nervous system and strengthening your brain’s neural pathways with every positive change you make. Repetition is key.

As those who are struggling know, Ed thoughts are incessant, relentless, and all-consuming. A starving brain cannot function outside a capacity of survival so feeding the body and brain has to be the first step toward recovery, no matter how terrifying. It may even be hard to fathom going from black and white to a more colorful life of hopes, dreams, goals, and dare I say, happiness. The only way out is through, even just one bite at a time.
