01/01/2026
2026 might not be your best year ever. And that’s completely okay.
What it can have? Some of the best moments of your life.
Life is full of ups and downs. Amazing, beautiful moments that bring us to our knees. Heart-shattering, devastating moments that also bring us to our knees. That’s what life is - a series of highs and lows and everything in between.
Heading into a new year screaming “this will be the best year ever” is a lot of pressure.
What if we embraced the ride a little more instead?
Focus on how you want to feel. What you want to experience. Make your time here count - not for the public eye, but for what matters to you. To your soul.
What feeds your spirit and lights you up? Do more of that.
What drains you and makes you feel low? Do less of that.
This new year will hold all the things - gains and losses, highs and lows. Not because it’s a good year or a bad year. Just because it’s life.
I’m wishing you a beautiful 2026 full of love, joy, peace, and passion. I hope you find hope in every day, try new things, and chase your dreams. I hope you discover things that light you up and make you feel truly alive.
And in those tough, heartbreaking moments - because they will come - I hope you find yourself supported and held, knowing that you are not alone.
Life isn’t meant to be navigated in isolation. We need each other for the celebrations and the struggles alike.
I’ll be here if you need support through those difficult moments and chapters - to help you find your way back to yourself, no matter what the year brings.
Thank you for being here for all of mine.
With love and gratitude,
Melinda
(The photo I took on the beach several years ago- I was photographing the sunset and this little girl walking into the frame- the way the rays of the sun were showing up, her face looking at it, and the tiny rainbow in front of her all felt so magical in the moment. This is what I want to embrace-the beautiful, unexpected moments that spark joy- even if only for a moment.)
