This beautiful patient’s main concern was lower face heaviness. By adding cheek filler for support and relaxing the muscles with full-face tox, we lifted and balanced her features — giving a lighter, refreshed look.

Next up: microneedling + BioRePeel to refine texture, and possibly Sculptra in the preauricular area to stimulate collagen for long-term structure!
