What’s goal for the new year? It’s to not be injured. Pearse has been struggling with a back injury for the past year or two. He using the committed club 2.0 to hopefully go out and achieve his goal of having a bulletproof back.

His Goal: 4 Days a week of Prehab/ Physical Therapy training to make it so his back stops becoming an issue.

Let’s start 2026 strong. Together. 🤝
Committed Club Part 2 is officially here! We’re looking for members to commit to one “reach goal” for the first 8 weeks of the year.
What’s your focus?
It could be anything from mastering strict movements to hitting a nutrition milestone, as long as it’s a challenge for you and isn’t a 1-rep max lift!

1 - it must be hard for YOU!
2 - it cannot be a PR on a lift.
3 - examples: 5k without stopping, strict movements, gymnastics, placement in the Open, mile pace goal, nutrition-based goal etc....

How to enter:
1. Choose your goal.
2. Commit to working on it [X] days per week.
3. Track your progress!
Don’t go it alone. Our coaches are ready to help you from step one. Whether you need help defining your goal or want a full training program to follow, we’ve got your back.

Coaches Goals:
Michelle- Run a 5k not stopping
Shauna- Strict Pull-ups
Ava- Qualify for NorCal Classic
Ben- Move up to 79kg weight class
Pearse- 3 Prehab/ Rehab Training Sessions a week.
Parker- 99th percentile in the open
Ashley- Ring muscle up
