Our principals are based in Usui Reiki, and we embrace the power of unconditional love, empathy and non-judgement. We offer individual healing sessions, group meditations, as well as classes/certifications for Reiki I, II and III/Master level. Our healing sessions include intuitive guidance, chakra balancing, crystal healing/singing bowl therapy and tuning forks. Each session is individualized for the clients personal needs and healing goals. It is useful to anyone whose energy has become unbalanced.

🦀🌕 Yesterday’s full moon Oracle card gathering was a reminder of how powerful it is to be present together.

Themes of release, nervous system awareness, and letting go came through so clearly that I felt called to re share a reflection from my archive that feels more relevant than ever. During the group, a client gently nudged me to re share the newsletter, naming it as a precious message that felt especially relevant right now.

Letting go is not a one time event.
It is a practice.

A returning.
A choosing of presence over old patterns.

I am inviting acknowledgement.

Before rushing into what is next, there is value in pausing long enough to notice what this year taught you.

What felt aligned.
What drained you.
What you are ready to release.
What you want to carry forward with intention rather than reaction.

This season is not about fixing yourself.
It is about listening to yourself.

The eclipse is one of the most powerful alignments in the sky — it illuminates what’s been hidden and invites us into release. You may feel heightened emotions, intense dreams, or the stirring of old patterns.

🌕 A few ways to honor this energy:
• Rest your body + nervous system
• Journal what feels ready to clear
• Meditate or sit in silence to notice what surfaces

🚨While we normally charge crystals and other items on a full moon, eclipse energy is different, it’s best to rest and release rather than charge or manifest.

This is a moment for surrender, not for action. Trust that what is surfacing is here to help you realign.
