***deawarenessmonth ❣️ The semicolon is often used as a symbol of hope and continuity in the context of mental health and su***de prevention. It represents a pause rather than an end, emphasizing that a person’s story is not over. It’s a powerful reminder that there is always a chance for healing and support.

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available. Reach out to someone who cares.

Call the National Su***de Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) for 24/7 support for those in crisis or come to a yoga class! Talk to us!

It’s okay to ask for help. You matter to us! 🙏

💗 Incorporating spinal twists into your self-care routine can be incredibly beneficial for both the body and mind. These gentle movements help to enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and promote relaxation. Here are some key benefits and ways to practice spinal twists:

1. Improved Mobility: Twists help maintain and improve the range of motion in the spine, which can be especially important as we age.

2. Digestive Health: Twisting postures stimulate the digestive organs, aiding in digestion and detoxification.

3. Relief from Tension: Spinal twists can alleviate tension and discomfort in the back and shoulders, promoting a sense of relaxation.

4. Mindfulness and Stress Relief: The focus required during twisting can promote mindfulness, helping to clear the mind and reduce stress.

Let us know what YOU do for self-care! 🧘‍♀️

💜 September is Su***de Prevention Month 🙏 It’s a time to raise awareness, offer support, and remind each other that every life is worth fighting for. This month, we focus on those who are battling suicidal thoughts, those who have lost someone to su***de, those who have attempted, and those who may feel alone or scared to speak up. It’s a reminder that mental health struggles are real, yet so is hope. Together, we can break the stigma, provide the support needed, and ensure that everyone knows they are not alone. Let’s be the light for each other and spread love, compassion, and understanding. 💜💙
