This week, we recognize the “first” first responders at PHI Air Medical. From takeoff to landing, our dedicated Communications Centers team members are vital as they monitor each aircraft using the latest Outerlink and GPS satellite uplink-tracking systems in addition to assessing weather conditions, terrain status, airspace issues & other factors.

PHI dispatchers at our Communications Centers monitor all PHI airplane and helicopter bases across the nation and can track aircraft in real time anywhere in the continental United States. Thank you to all public safety telecommunicators, at PHI and across the country.
