Please join us in keeping the random acts of kindness going to honor Molly Tuter. Do something good for someone else.

If you live far email me (mya@selfsolace.com) your act of kindness and I will write it down and add it to the others for you. I will show her family all the good that was done in her name.

If you are local, come in person and be ready to write it down to gain entrance to our very special sound healing experience. Space is limited so please let us know if you can attend.

Do you need a little solace between the election and the holidays to regroup and relax your nervous system?
I am gifting this fascial focused yoga + sound combo class to our active patients this week and would like to offer it to my community as well.
