As the weather is getting colder, there’s nothing better than starting your morning with a nice warm protein packed breakfast. This chocolate peanut butter oatmeal is sure to do the trick! 🍫

These Dark Chocolate Protein Peanut Butter Cups will be the perfect sweet treat to add to your healthy diet! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3 tbsp BFD Vanilla protein powder 1/4 cup peanut butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 cup dark chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fill mini muffin tin with liners and spray with coconut oil. Mix peanut butter and protein powder together, then roll into 12 balls. In microwave safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Scoop chocolate into muffin tins then freeze about 10min. Next place one protein ball in each tin then top with more melted chocolate. Try not to eat them all at once - or do, we won’t judge!

These are packed with protein, to keep you full all morning! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 cup BFD whey vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup applesauce ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 Eggs 1/4 cup brown sugar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 tsp baking powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2/3 cup fresh blueberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
