This year has been a rollercoaster with some high highs and low lows. I am so grateful for the opportunities I’m afforded, the lives I get to touch, the stories I’m trusted with, and the people who make my world better everyday. I know my purpose is to serve others and help people heal and live a life of their own making. How lucky am I? 😌

November is Men’s Mental Health Month — a time to raise awareness and create space for men to prioritize their emotional wellbeing. I was already going to post this and the loss of Marshawn Kneeland yesterday makes this even more heavy on my heart. We never know what someone is going through and for men, the ideas of “being strong” that they are socialized to believe often hinder their ability to address their mental health.

At Healthy Synergy, we recognize that men experience unique pressures that can make reaching out for support more difficult. Therapy offers a safe environment to explore emotions, build healthy coping skills, and redefine what strength truly means. 💙
