Experiencing daily lower back pain👀

You’re probably doing the wrong stretch…

Marco demonstrates 2 stretches everyone thinks to do but you should be doing this other one instead!

Lay with your back in the ground and legs bent 90 degrees, lift and flex your toes while keeping heels on the ground, then slowly move your butt/thighs up and down.

Try this out at home and after a week or so, let us know if it helps alleviate any pain! If not, you’re definitely due to get checkout out at our clinic 💙
