In this setting, students work with volunteer clients, using hypnotherapy techniques to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate fears and phobias, and support behavior change such as smoking cessation and weight management. ✨✨

All sessions are conducted under the close supervision of a qualified instructor, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both students and clients. 🤗
