For anyone who has and/or does follow the teachings of this wonderful man (Thich Nhat Hanh): he turned 94 back on October 11th. It was on that day that he reportedly stopped eating & prepared to exit this human life. I haven’t heard anything different. He is still alive but to my knowledge, still not eating and in a stage of transition. For those that care and/or understand what an impact he has had and will forever have, please send him good energy, strength and peace. It is likely only a matter of time now. ✌️💜🙏

Other people’s opinion of u is none of your business. It’s irrelevant. Their opinion is based on their limited knowledge & perception. Their perception is viewed through the lens of their own life experiences. It also is mostly based on the view & relationship with themselves. Stop giving other people’s opinions so much weight (even & maybe even especially family). Just keep living & being authentically YOU. Be-YOU-tiful

Easier said than done, isn’t it? All of those tapes we play in our subconscious, tapes from programming that we had no choice in. Our programming started when we were still a fetus, in the womb. We have the ability to deprogram and reprogram now though. That is such an important part of changing our inner dialogue and that often sabotaging self judgment.

It is more important now than ever. Im so frustrated with & disappointed in so much of humanity right now. People who know better are being poisoned by the toxic energy around them & are sadly allowing themselves to be a tool to spread more of that same toxicity. We all know “Be the change u wish to create”. Ask yourself; Is the energy you’re spreading what u wish to create?
LOVE is the only thing that conquers fear, hate, division. Love is the most powerful thing there is. It is the greatest weapon against all that is trying to poison, control and even kill us. Love is the way to true change/healing/growth. Love is the ONLY thing that will “fix” any of this.

We all need these reminders, especially right now. There are so many distractions trying to keep us focussed outward. Remember your power. Stop. Shut out the noise & focus inward. That’s where your true power resides.

This, right here. Now, more than ever. SO MUCH THIS. The various aspects of current societal/personal/global chaos & stress, are REALLY triggering & bringing out people’s “un-healed” parts. When something evokes a strong emotion within you, STOP. Step back. Do not react from an emotionally triggered place. That is not the time to communicate. Take time to yourself and reflect on what it is that you’re REALLY feeling & why.
Does it remind you of a time (or trauma) in your past, when you were also feeling the same (or similar) emotions very strongly?
Now is a wonderful time to go inward & work on the self. Unplug. Reflect. Inspect. Feel. Process. Release. Decompress. .
