Postpartum is not something youâre meant to âpush throughâ alone.
No matter how you choose to feed your babyâ
your body is still going through a major hormonal and physical shift.
Which is why preparation and support matter so much.
That can look like:
⢠Having honest conversations with your partner
⢠Setting realistic expectations for recovery
⢠Lining up support ahead of time (lactation consultant, pelvic floor PT, sleep support)
⢠Talking openly with your provider about mental health and mood changes
⢠Leaning on people who truly understand
Because this season can feel overwhelmingâ
but it doesnât have to be isolating.
Postpartum is a major transition.
Physically. Emotionally. Mentally.
And whatever youâre feeling during this time⌠itâs valid.
You deserve support through it.
