Gryphen of Tempe Gryphen Specialty Products and Services (GSPS) provides a variety of meaningful day options to each individual with developmental disabilities that we serve.

To support the choices of individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting and delivering flexible, quality, consumer-driven services, supports and employment within communities. Our goal is to help each individual strive towards independence to the best of their capabilities and to ensure that everyone is satisfied with services provided. The services we provide on a daily basis consist of supported employment, daily living skills, interactive meaningful activities and job training skills. We also offer paid integrated jobs and structured work opportunities in order to develop positive work attributes allowing each individual to develop to their fullest potential and become more marketable for future employment. We also provide various educational, leisure, and social activities.

We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at our Tempe and Chandler Meaningful Day Center. As a DSP you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by working as a team member assisting with daily living skills, attending community outings, teaching skills to improve independence, job coaching, employment and more.

We currently have Full Time positions available in our Meaningful Day Program. Pay ranges from $ 11-12 per hour depending on experience.

Health, Dental and Vision insurance available after 60 days of employment.

While working with our members you will be involved in Center and Community Based Activities. You will be driving our members in a company van both to and from home and out into the community.

The position is Full Time, 40 hours per week plus the possibility of overtime
The position serves individuals with developmental disabilities by working as a team member assisting with vocational work and job coaching, daily living skills, and more.

Required:

- Must be 21 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Able to pass a background check
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Drivers License
