I’m still working on mine, but these are 10 little things helping me get my spark back. 🫶🏼
1. Slow down the shoulda, woulda, coulda thoughts in your head - you are perfect right now
A gentle reminder to stop fighting yourself and let today be enough.
2. Find at least 5 things you are grateful in your life - today
Gratitude pulls you out of the mental noise and back into what’s real.
3. Make sure to take breaks DAILY. - They help you reset!
Tiny pauses keep you from running on empty.
4. Get outside more - fresh air, moving its so good for you
A few minutes outdoors can shift your whole mood.
5. Disrupt yourself 1 way this week - go to work using a differnt route, new restaurant, new recipe at home,
A small change wakes up your brain and breaks the autopilot loop.
6. Shake up your bedtime routines - go to bed 30 minutes early, leave your phone outside of the bedroom for at least one night, try a meditation…
Better nights make everything feel more manageable the next day.
7. Try to do 3 box breaths (google it if need be) – even just 3 slow rounds can calm your whole system. Repeat as often as needed.
A quick way to reset your mind and body.
8. Drink 1 more glass/half glass of water for the next 5 days
A tiny hydration bump can boost your energy more than you think.
9. Do one more self care item for yourself this week
One small act that reminds you, that you matter too.
10. Surprise a friend, a love one - with a thank you, a compliment, a "i love you"/"i appreciate" you text.
Connection lifts both of you — it’s a spark in both directions.
