Please welcome Kathryn Baldwin - who has been named General Manager of Gold Dust.

"We are so excited to bring Kathy on to our growing team, she strikes the perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism and commitment to the long term relationships we build with clients and our team alike," says Jenn Janicki, CEO.

Kathryn comes from 25 years of lab ownership in New Mexico. She began her career in the dental lab industry as a model technician and worked her way through all the processes in the laboratory spending many years as a ceramist/owner. Kathryn spent years working diligently to increase her skills in all aspects of the laboratory. Kathryn spent several years working for the largest dental lab network group and brings with her many skills regarding efficiencies and quality standards.

She has been a technician, a manager and an owner she combines the best of all worlds here for us at Gold Dust today, bringing a unique level of understanding to the position of General Manager. She started in dental laboratory technology at 19 years of age and knew this was where her heart was. After a visit from a woman in her late 80s who came to the lab to thank her for “her new smile, she had waited her entire life for”, the woman’s tears flowed from joy and Kathryn knew she had found her calling.

Kathryn brings a fresh new perspective to Gold Dust with an eye on the future and an admiration for the past. Her door is always open to valued clients and new doctors alike. Her ability to problem solve, case plan, and support a doctor's vision is a huge asset. Her refreshing team spirit and positivity are inspiring, and motivating the team to new heights here at Gold Dust Dental Lab.
