The 2025 SWNC will be in January in the heart of Chandler, Arizona! Find out more about our beloved farm town built by Arizona’s first animal surgeon.

Our room block is sold out as of yesterday 12/12/2024. If you submitted prior to that we are working on getting you confirmations in your email. If you submitted after 12/13/2024 you are automatically put on the waitlist for rooms that open up.

All hotel requests are being processed in the order received.

Also if you have a room reservation and are NOT registered for the conference your room will be canceled, please register ASAP!
