Long post 🚨
I wanted to share a bit of a more personal post with yall today. I started my weight loss journey a month ago and this has been my progress so far. After having two babies within three years, I gained a lot of weight and was so busy that I left my health in the back burner. I was constantly in pain and had a lot of inflammation. My diet consisted of a lot of processed food, fried food and high carbs, honestly just whatever was easy to make and tasty 😋😅 But I decided enough was enough and started prioritizing my health. I changed my diet and started moving my body with intention again ! 🙌🏽 Honestly I feel so much better, my back, shoulders and hips are not in constant pain and I don’t hate looking at myself in the mirror anymore. I still have progress to make but I’m so happy with my results so far. Self care is NOT selfish. It’s allowing yourself to be in a better state in order to keep caring for those you love. ❤️
