Our November Champion at Work recipient is Juan Valle, Lead Mental Health Technician. Juan has been part of the Canyon Creek team for two years. He shared that he chose the mental health field to make a difference in people’s lives and to support them during their lowest moments.

Juan says his current role has encouraged self-reflection and helped him develop valuable skills such as empathy, active listening, and critical thinking. He also notes that these skills have strengthened his personal relationships and well-being outside of work.

Juan’s favorite part of the job is the family environment he walks into each day, saying, “I wouldn’t change that for anything.”

Thank you, Juan, for being a valuable part of the Canyon Creek team. Your dedication and hard work are truly appreciated.
