Today I had the privilege of working with a client who came in with right shoulder, trapezius, and neck pain that had been limiting their comfort and movement. After a focused bodywork session, we were able to release deep tension, improve range of motion, and create noticeable relief in the areas that had been bothering them.

WenD has been in practice since 1998 and is a member of the AMBP. WenD has worked with professional athletes and avid sports enthusiast for better sports performance. She enjoys working with those that push their bodies to the limit, and she understands the injuries associated in sports and in training.
