Thank you to everyone who joined us for last Friday’s Sound Journey. As one participant stated, “It was so interesting to reframe the hospital experience as a place of healing and feeling good, rather than just treatment or feeling bad.” Through the use of sound, music, and guided relaxation, we aim to create a space of calm, connection, and inner healing.

Sound Journeys is a free monthly class designed for individuals who are currently undergoing cancer treatment, living with cancer, or navigating life after treatment. We also welcome family members, loved ones, and healthcare providers who support them. Whether you're seeking a moment of peace, emotional support, or simply a different way to connect with your own healing process, this class is for you. To register, visit https://ahlink.org/3GqI2Vy

Adventist Health is proud to participate in Socktober this month. Many unsheltered people walk often and don’t have laundry facilities at close reach. That’s why socks are the top-requested item at shelters, yet they are the least donated. Join us for Socktober to help change that. New socks can be dropped off in our cafes at Adventist Health Sierra Vista and Adventist Health Twin Cities and will be distributed to our local shelters.
