We had beautiful spring run down Buena Vista with green grass and fresh buds on the trees.

It’s almost go time for our girls in Tokyo!! We’ll be cheering you ladies on from home! We had such a beautiful Saturday morning run down Moss Lane. Green grass, blue skies, and sunshine! ☀️ Spring is just around the corner! 🌷🌼🪻

Let the countdown begin! ⏳ Only 3 weeks until the Black Canyon 100K & 50K.
This point-to-point trail run follows the Black Canyon Recreation Trail through the stunning Sonoran Desert 🌵in Arizona starting February 14th! ❤️

This crew crushed their training run at the No Hands 35K & 50K in Auburn and is officially tapering down for race day. Big miles are done, now it’s time to trust the work. 💪
