I had the incredible opportunity to spend time in Charlotte, North Carolina this week shadowing and being mentored by Dr. Deb Matthew, one of the true leaders in the field of integrative hormone health. Her depth of knowledge, clinical expertise, and passion for changing the way we care for women is unmatched.

Spending time learning directly from her strengthened my commitment to bring high-quality, personalized hormone care that our community deserves. I’m grateful for her mentorship, her generosity in teaching, and the inspiration she gives to practitioners like myself who want to make a meaningful difference in women’s health and wellbeing.
