Happy Saturday! Here’s a light and gentle stretch to help ease hip pain while our office is closed.

Start by laying on your back with your knees bent. Then cross the leg you want to stretch over your other knee. Loop your hands through the hole and grab the back of your thigh with your hands, Gently pull your knees towards your chest to feel a slight stretch in the glutes.
