Anyone else wondering if chicken is safe to eat these days?
I find the beef labeling is pretty straightforward and I look for things like organic, grass -fed and regenerative, but it sometimes feels like chicken labeling is a confusing free-for-all!

And then there’s labels like “all natural” which in all reality can be pretty meaningless.
Sure a chicken can be organic, vegetarian fed, but the problem is chickens are not vegetarians!

After doing a little research on the subject, I’ve found that we don’t have to throw the baby out with the bathwater. Chicken is still a relatively lean and effectively utilized source of protein for us.

So if you can find chicken, that was pasture raised and organic (not pumped with antibiotics or fed grains that have been exposed to pesticides) that’s your best bet!

Sure, it may cost a little more, but food is medicine and this is your health !
