Who wants a BOTOX® Cosmetic glow-up next week??✨ We're so excited to introduce you to Stephanie Carr, who joins the Serendip Medspa team as a Registered Nurse. Her schedule is NOW OPEN, and we can't wait for you to meet her!

With over 12 years of nursing experience, Stephanie brings both medical expertise and a genuine passion for wellness to Serendip Medspa. While she splits her time between us and the emergency department at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, she approaches aesthetic care with the same calm, compassionate presence she brings to every patient interaction.

Known for her warm demeanor and thoughtful approach, Stephanie believes aesthetic treatments like Botox and other non-invasive options can do more than enhance appearance—they can help clients feel more confident and empowered in their daily lives. She enjoys partnering with each person to help them achieve their goals, whether it’s softening fine lines, preventing future signs of aging, or simply feeling refreshed.

Stephanie holds a B.S. from San Diego State University and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Kaplan College. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking along the Central Coast and spending time with her family, always finding joy in the balance of caring for others and caring for herself.

We would like to officially extend a warm welcome to Katie Grekin, who recently joined the team of medical experts here at Serendip Medspa as a Registered Nurse.

Originally from Sausalito, Katie first made San Luis Obispo home while attending , where she earned a B.S. in Psychology and Medical Sciences. After graduation, she spent several years in dermatological clinical research, contributing to the development of new therapies and FDA-approved treatments.

Driven by a passion for education, Katie went on to earn her Master’s in Education and taught middle school science in San Francisco and Portland. Ultimately, her love of science, healthcare, and teaching led her to pursue nursing. She returned to San Luis Obispo to complete the nursing program at Cuesta College and began her career as a hospital-based Registered Nurse.

Katie has since found her niche in aesthetic medicine. At Serendip Medspa, she brings clinical expertise, precision, and a warm, educational approach to every treatment—from laser therapies to personalized aesthetic care. She’s passionate about helping clients feel confident and empowered through science-backed solutions.
