This is one of my favorite blends that will provide extra protection! I make a body spray with 20 drops in a 2 oz bottle filled with 1/3 bottle witch hazel and 2/3 filtered water. Enjoy!!

I had to share this simple Sports Drink alternative. This is perfect for hot summer days, beach hydration or for dehydrated athletes during sweaty, summer games. ⚾️
🥤 1 Mason Jar or Water Bottle
🍋 1 Sachet of Alkalime
🍒 1 Pouch of Ningxia Red
BONUS add some mineral essence or a pinch of Celtic sea salt
Fill jar with water, add Alkalime and Ningxia. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
