💚SugarCreek is an innovative; diversified food manufacturer and they had me out again at this year’s Health Fair.
đź’šI taught my Empath Workshop to a group of over 20 people.
💚We talked about what it’s like being an Empath, how to recognize what is your energy and what isn’t. 💚Discussed self care, boundaries and I led them in a meditation.
đź’šDuring that meditation we bubbled our energy, called back our energy and grounded.
đź’šIt was all VERY well received.
đź’šSugar Creek is a special company with some amazing people.

Intuitive Healer, Reiki Master and Meditation Teacher

I am an empath and an indigo and my passion is helping you heal, find your power, and set your voice free.

You see, growing up I struggled with anxiety and depression. Looking back I drank too much to escape my feelings. Going through my divorce, I had to do a lot of things out of my comfort zone. I had to take a good look at myself and deep down decide what was best for me. Through it all I stopped hiding and I finally found my voice.

And I want to help you do the same.
