Master RJ Trusty is a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor, traditional Yang style, Sun style and Qigong instructor.

After only 2 hours in the energy room!!
Pain in the am is pretty bad normally. She has a degenerate disc disease and arthritis.
Today was different and she wasn’t in pain and felt good!💚💚💚💚
