Our Positive Partners group grew out of the Dementia Education Series offered this fall by Thrive West Central and the Sisters of Providence.

After learning about Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care philosophy, participants felt inspired to continue meeting — and so did we! Going forward, we’ll keep applying Teepa’s compassionate, practical approach to dementia care while expanding our toolkit with additional resources — including your own ideas, insights, and lived experiences.

This blended education + support group is open to all, offering a welcoming space to learn, share, and grow together on the dementia journey.

Our first two gatherings will focus on “Practical Steps for Getting Through the Day” from 1 to 2:30 p.m. January 14th & January 28th in The Foley Room in Providence Spirituality and Conference Center at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.
