I welcome you exactly as you are here. Many times someone says “How are you today?” And sometimes we aren’t okay. You don’t have to be okay or fake a smile when you walk through these doors. I love when clients are raw and able to be exactly where they are. ❤️
Truth be told I’m not “good or great” everyday either. And I believe that’s okay and maybe you should too. It is my place to hold space for you and massage from my heart space even if I don’t feel great. That my one of my favorite parts about the work I get to do.

So come as you are, if you’re going amazing.. I will cheer for you, if you’re not feeling 100% I am here to listen or hold whatever space you need that day. Where you are is exactly perfect 💖

Exciting news!
My Mammaw and I have the AMAZING opportunity to travel to EGYPT today! 🇪🇬
I’ve never traveled this far so I am excited and nervous to be so far away… but mostly excited ☺️

This being said, I will be out of the office and won’t be able to reach out for 11 days!
I’m all booked for September, so I will post my booking link for those of you who want to book in October 🎃

I invested in myself and got to experience a Reiki 1&2 seminar a couple of weekends ago! And it was just amazing! 🌸

I honestly have held back sharing my experience since it seems to be a sensitive subject to many right now.

I will say this:
I believe we each sing our own song and vibrate at different levels. What does that mean? Some people love the song of religion, spirituality, science, or even nothing.
To me no matter what song you sing as long as you get to connect to your own God, Universe or Source, isn’t “wrong”, “good”, “bad” or “letting Satan in.”
It is simply bringing you closer to yourself, and Source itself.

& To me that is putting myself in new experiences and opening my mind to see all different kinds of possibilities 😍
All this energy in the Universe and getting to play and experiment with how powerful we really can be here! It’s been nothing short of amazing and eye opening as I pull my veil aside ✨
Especially gathering in groups, going somewhere where I know no one and make connections that serve my highest good. It lights me up 🌟

I will forever be a student and humble to this work. And, as a Massage Therapist it is my passion to continue to learn and expand my mind for me and my clients to make their experiences with me so special and effective. 💓

Moral of the story, literally do WHATEVER makes you happy and brings a sparkle to your eyes 🌟
