Here at Terre Haute Mobility and Wellness I believe that preventative health and wellness are the keys to staying healthy! Many of us eat healthy, take out vitamins, try to drink plenty of water, try to exercise regularly. But many of us don’t take the time to work on the maintenance part of our bodies.
Making sure that our bodies move in sequence patterns and as a whole helps to prevent injury or pain. Taking pain medication or ibuprofen or Tylenol daily to fight tightness or pain is not preventive medicine.
Finding the root of the problem and working on making your body stronger and more flexible is going to help you sleep better, move around better during your day and allowing you to be more productive with whatever matters to you most.
