I had a lot of questions about my Susans CBD post so I made a little video to answer some questions about my two favorite products!

If you’ve had a service with me before you know that I only recommend products that I use and love myself and Susan’s CBD is at the VERY top of my list 🤩

I could speak on these products for hours but here are just a few reasons why I love Susan’s CBD!

🍃 They use natural ingredients so their products can be used anywhere and don’t overwhelm sensitive skin!

🍃 They’re part of a ‘milligrams matter’ movement which means their products contain higher amounts of beneficial cannabinoids so they get into your system quicker and stay in your system longer!

🍃 The two main cannabinoids in their products are CBD (great for pain relief) and CBG (great for decreasing inflammation) so when combined together they do the most to help combat aches and pains!

Today I was able to treat one of my long time clients because she won my winter raffle!! This client has supported me from day one and treats me to a coffee each month so of course I had to add some extras of my favorite products for her! 🫶🏼

This is the busiest time of the year for service providers and the last few weeks have been filled with pain relief sessions
(my all time favorite) 🤩

My favorite sessions lately have included cupping that not only increases the blood flow to tight muscles, but also helps relieve muscles restriction. This allows my clients to breathe a sigh of relief when they get off the table realizing they can move again! It’s amazing to feel the difference massage can make and it’s always cool to be able to physically see the difference too! Check out these pictures of clients, some of which you can actually see the difference in the side we had worked versus the side we hadn’t yet!!

So grateful to have clients who put their trust in me and keep me doing what I love 🫶🏼
