🌸 Spring Into comfort—say goodbye to heel pain! 🌸

Warmer weather means more time on your feet—whether you're running, dancing, walking, or simply enjoying the outdoors. But if you’re experiencing stiffness, aching, or sharp heel pain, it could be a sign of Plantar Fasciitis.

Did you know that 1 in 10 people will develop Plantar Fasciitis in their lifetime? If your daily activities involve standing for long periods, high-impact movement, or gait imbalances, you could be at risk.

If you have heel pain that:

✔️ is usually worse first thing in the morning
✔️ increases after exercise
✔️ can worsen when walking for extended periods

It’s time to take action! At FYZICAL, a skilled physical therapist can use manual techniques to stretch and release the fascia, guide you in strengthening the muscles in your lower legs, stabilize your foot and ankle, stretch your Achilles tendon and plantar fascia, apply Kinesio tape for support, and perform a gait analysis to determine if the way you walk is contributing.

Don't let pain slow you down this season!
